Optional :
Delevery we have checked "Leave a copy of messages on the server" and "Remove from server after - 10 - days"
This will do two things , allow you to collect your mail from multiple computers for up to 10 , or whatever you choose days.
It will then delete mail from the server , this will keep your mailbox from filling up

Click "OK"
Click on "Test Settings" if it works , click "Next" button , then click "Finish" button.
If either test fail double check your settings, if you are still haveing issues please submit a support ticket.
